Casa Nonna Bodrum

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Casa nonna. The level of service, from the friendly and attentive staff to the impeccable accommodations, exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, and the dining options were superb. Thank you for creating such a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This lovely hotel is perfectly situated in Bodrum and offers an exceptional setting on the Aegean Sea. The rooms are gracious with phenomenal views of the sea and the five exquisite bungalows for massages. The clarity of the water is both inviting and a perfect temperature. The restaurant offers an amazing dining opportunity to which we invited friends to join us last evening for dinner in the main dining room that sets above the sea for a spectacular setting. This hotel is a gem and should not be missed!

What a lovely hotel, breakfast was amazing as were the rooms. The staff were great also, lovely adult only hotel with great pool and access to the beach. A tad out the way, but not too bad. Decor and finishing of the rooms was excellent, cabanas were always available even when the hotel was at full capacity. The only one negative was that the gym wasn’t great. Reception staff always willing to to help. Don’t order shisha from the hotel, extremely over priced and not the best.

The staff at this hotel are top tier. Everyone you encounter is super pleasant and professional. I recommend this hotel if you are someone who values customer service. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. I love how you can walk out from your veranda to the pool and beach area with ease. The restaurant and pool menu offered here offers a wide range of options to eat and drink. So many options! There is something there that everyone will like to eat. The prices are reasonable for cabana rentals as well. I can’t thank the staff enough there. They also have shisha that you can do at the pool or at your room. Not really a walkable area surrounding so my suggestion is to rent a car or rely on taxi in Bodrum in general.

Bodrum da hala doğanın içinde hissedebileceginiz çok zarif bir küçük otel. Kısa bir aile tatili için gittiğimiz Bodrum'da tavsiye üzerine bu küçük oteli seçtik. Hizmet: Otele girdiğiniz anda güler yüzlü, nazik karsilama ile başlayan servis ve sonrasında da aynı samimi nezaketle devam ediyor Mimari, dekorasyon; hersey en ince detayına kadar düşünulmus, hiç bir abartı olmadan doğal malzemeler kullanılarak yapılmış ve dekore edilmiş bu küçük otelde, yemyeşil Karaada’ya bakarak denizde yüzmek kısa tatilimizde bize çok iyi geldi. Deniz manzarali bahce odasinda kaldik. Odalar yine hicbir abarti olmadan her turlu ihtiyacin dusunuldugu cok zarif dose mis mekanlardi. Otelin kalani Ise muhakkak gormeye deger I fakat ozellikle iskelenin ustundeki cabanalar hem manzaralari, hem sagladiklari privacy Ile cok guzel.bir deneyim oldu. Keten perdeler ile golgelik yaratilan ahsap cabanalardan turkuaz denize atlamak essizdi. Konum; bu kadar Bodrum'un kalabalik ve gurultusunden uzak bir otelin sehre 10dk.mesafede olmasi da bizim icin cok hos bir surpriz oldu. Ozet olarak dunyanin neresine koyarsaniz koyun luxe otel kategorisinde cok basarili olacak bir otel muhakkak tekrar gidilmesi gerekenler listemize en ust siralardan girdi.

Quiet and relaxing place, away from the noise. Perfect for taking some days off enjoying the sea and having good food and amazing views. We definitely would recommend Casa Nonna. A little bit far from Bodrum Center (around 30 minutes during traffic, around 350 turkish liras), but we still recommend it.

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).

Fantastic experience in a very quiet piece of paradise. Modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The service was available and very helpful, any time of the day. The pool area is very private and offers a breathtaking view from the infinity pool. Access to the sea is very easy and convenient. The water was crystal clear. We will come back.

The hotel is truly 5 star, especially the service. The whole setting is stunning, the food is excellent, the staff go above and beyond. We stayed in a garden room which I actually think was better than a higher level with a balcony as the whole beach and pool felt like our back garden! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and return.
