I use a wheelchair full-time, and an ADA room with a roll-in shower is essential for my stay. My daughter made the hotel reservation and twice called the hotel to confirm that I would receive an ADA room with a ROLL IN SHOWER. Instead I was given the room in the picture. Baffling and totally useless. The reservation girl was behin the counter when we checked in. She offered a discount or finding us a room in aother hotel, but that doesn’t fix the problem. While the room may have filled the legal of an ADA room, it’s non-functional and that should be explained before reservations are made. Both the front desk workers and the manager need to receive education, when a customer asks for a roll-in shower room, its because its NECESSARY, not a luxury item. Please, support those with mobility needs and DO NOT rent a room here until the problem is satisfied…and let the management know why. Thank you
