Love the hotel location! Walking distance to many eateries. 5 mins journey to the airport. The room is spacious and clean. They don’t have connecting room, thus we have to book 2 rooms which is inconvenient for families.

Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities.

Close to the airport, near by, have one small mall with supermarket. The food at hotel is also very good. Staff all friendly.

Very convenient to the airport access. Didn’t hear any complaints from my companion too.

it is very nice to stay in zhengzhou near lake airport. and they give us mobility to airport for convenience for free. front people are also very kind. tks.

Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean

Available of shuttle buses to airport with different time slots. Professional staff, good facilities. Just that near highway, a bit noisy at night and if a bit far away from metro.

The room condition was fine with a close distance with the airport.

Ok hotel but breakfast is not that good

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an "I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!
