"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. There's nothing around except a gas station. On the day of check-in, I discovered a leak after showering. When I contacted the front desk, they only told me to open the drain. Because it was late, I dried the water myself. The leak recurred the next day. I contacted the front desk again, and they sent a cleaning service, but told me the maintenance and responsible staff had already left and it would be resolved the next day. After repeated negotiations, they said they could change my room. The room they changed to was even worse. There were leftover takeout bags from the previous guest behind the sofa cushions, and hair from the previous guest on the bathroom drain and walls. The internet was intermittent. The next day, the manager came and explained that room 1209 had been repaired multiple times. Why give a guest a room that hasn't been fixed? Knowing it was a room that had been repaired multiple times, why didn't they send someone to check it on the day of the leak instead of just giving a perfunctory response? Why didn't they help us change rooms immediately after the leak, requiring multiple negotiations? The most ridiculous thing is the hotel's WeChat messages asking for positive reviews—all they ask is to copy and paste. Are all these positive reviews fake? If you want customer satisfaction, you should improve your work and management first."

However, you can usually find a free parking spot. Facilities: The hotel has basically everything you could imagine, and even things you couldn't. They even gave us some snacks when we checked out. Highly recommended! If I had to nitpick, one issue is that the hotel reception is on the 6th floor, even though there's space on the 1st floor. It would be more convenient to have it on the 1st, as check-in and check-out require going up and down, which is a minor inconvenience. Another issue is the thin slippers, which some have mentioned. It's not a major problem, but the bathroom sinks are outside the rooms, making the floor slippery after washing up or showering. I suggest putting a floor mat near the sink and shower area; it absorbs water and prevents slipping, and it doesn't add much extra cost, since even thicker slippers won't be worn wet. Finally, if you want to shop at Pang Donglai, be sure to arrive before 9:30 am to queue and try to be among the first to enter. I arrived late and was only in the second batch; I waited outside for half an hour, and the place was already packed inside."
