"Absolutely enjoyed 1day-1night layover at the hotel. I traveled with young kid so had to choose maximum convenience and proximity to airport. They offer free airport shuttle transfer which is great convenience. I don't speak Chinese but didn't have any problems communicating with hotel reception via chat, phone call or face to face. Room is exceptionally clean, spacious and newly renovated. Hotel lobby bright and comfortable war chilling/waiting. Especially I like coffee & tea station, very decent drinks. We were served with breakfast buffet. The variety is good and delicious. There is convenience store and couple of eateries withing short walk."

Cleanliness was exceptional; the room was odorless and dust-free, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the fixtures were shiny, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the housekeeping was meticulous and attentive. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive, with quick responses to any needs. Special praise goes to Mona at the front desk! She was warm and gentle, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth, with a friendly and professional smile throughout, and attention to detail was particularly heartwarming. Excellent value for money, a top choice for travel accommodations, I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!"
