Xi'an Distance Apartment arvostelua

Throughout my China train travels, I've seen these groupings of identical buildings in every major city. Now I've had the chance to stay at one, thanks to the Xi'an Distance Apartment. It's actually much nicer than a hotel, because I can't hear people in the other rooms. The view out the window is spectacular. The room is large, and so is the bathroom. Amenities are provided, including soap, shampoo, drinking water (from a dispenser), and there's even a clothes washing machine! The apartment is in a nice development surrounded by shops and restaurants, plus food carts come out at night. The Metro station is just a 5 minute walk once you leave the apartment.

Very hard to find and not enough information at all. Translate the Chinese adress to find the building number and floor. We had to ask help to call the owner in order to enter inside

The apartment can be reached by subway if you don't mind to walk a bit. Just call the boss to self check in with code number as the apartments are guarded. There is a small morning market beside the subway station if you like to purchase some fresh fruits, vegetables and foods for breakfast. The subway station is connected to Xinyang International Airport for our depart from Xi'an.

Nice apartment, clean

Amazing location and area. Great room and floor of the building, awesome view! It was a nice and very local experience. We felt like locals. The only thing we didn’t like was that smoking was allowed there.

Très bien placé, à la sortie B beiguan non loin de la gare du nord de Xi'an. Pour information Les appartements sont au dernier immeuble à droite au 31eme étage après avoir traverser la rue devant la station sortie B

Muito difícil de encontrar, nao fala inglês, a pia de vidro estava estilhaçada, o banheiro cheirava mal. A cama fedia a cigarro. Os pontos positivos são a cama com esquentamento eletrônico e o chuveiro quente. Tem amenidades simples. A vista também é boa, bem alta.

兩張床單賠一百，人至少不應該趁人之危坐地起價。事先沒有任何相關説明，床單除了污漬以外也沒有破損，完全可以洗乾淨的東西要人一百塊，揪着入住人數多説事，我們一沒拆了你牆沒壓塌你床，二沒和你張嘴出口成臟罵人，你老闆一直甩臉給誰看呢，意思是小姑娘好欺負就把人當**耍嗎？服務態度也不好，後期處理更是幽默，除此之外入住體驗也666，大清早在外面吵架大半夜停半小時電，沒有一句解釋道歉，退房時間不提醒直接趕人，坐地起價兩張市價總共超不過20的床單要100，你們就算房子再多既然當民宿出租那就是服務業，給顧客甩臉子是幹嘛，你覺得自己房子多很高貴那你當你的有錢人去賺這錢幹什麼，清高給誰看呢，總之不管是外國人還是中國人我建議大家一起避雷這個民宿好嗎，同一個小區裏有一萬家店沒必要在一棵樹上吊死

Todo genial! He leído que hay personas a las que les cuesta encontrar la ubicación, se encuentra en la torre 9 , piso número 21 , tanto la torre, el piso y la puerta está explicado en trip, es muy sencillo llegar, en la puerta tienes el número de teléfono del dueño que te abrirá, si tienes algún problema con el idioma escríbele por WeChat y te ayudará , nosotros le escribimos y nos contestó al momento, fue muy simpático con nosotros . Al rededor del hotel hay muchos servicios, incluso un mercado con variedad de comida.

公寓地點有分好幾個出口,其中一個出口過個小馬路就可到達地鐵北苑站,附近餐廳很多,北苑地鐵站旁邊還有夜市,公寓住宿地點非常方便,老闆人也很好,廁紙用的很高級,比一般酒店還要厚實.門是用卡片感應進一個大門後,再用鑰匙開門進房.沒有洗衣機,房間算是很大,曬衣服也方便,不過窗簾有1/4拉不起來,上面就卡住了拉不動.房間清潔度如果要求比較高的,可能會不太滿意,需要自己再打掃一下.如果不特別要求清潔度,以這個價位和地點以及房間大小來說,是個不錯的選擇.

房間非常好，廁所很乾凈，老闆服務太度好，而且打掃衞生很及時，還有免費的飲用水使用，空調也很給力，網速快，總體來説性價比很高！以後還會入住的
