首先房間環境特別好 一進房間特別舒服的香味 全屋木質 而且空間很大 住着不壓抑 管家也很好態度 還有早餐下午茶晚餐甜湯之類的 五一和家人在外面遊玩一天回到酒店 特別放鬆 心情特別好 而且很乾凈！！

在日中国人です。帰省のために一泊した。 全体的に良かったです。 内装は非常に良くできていますし、サービスも親切で丁寧でした。歩く範囲内馬楽串焼き、バー、カフェがあるし、南大街まで行くと都心につきます。 選んだ部屋は和風？無印風？で、気に入ります。事前窓がない（このタイプのみ）と分かっても、少しだけど暑かった。ホテル側は扇風機を用意してくれています。個人的に特に問題がなかったが、妻は窓がほしかったって。 屋上は夏になると、BBQとかバーとかあるみたい。風景は開放的でいいですが、蚊の対策は必須かも。

This hotel is amazing, the room was fantastic. The only problem was that the AC was not working so ee talk with receptionist and he gaves us a fan. It was a but uncomfortable because the windows don't open.

酒店位置很好，在永寧門順城巷裡麪，離鐘樓回民街步行差不多是10分鐘的距離，酒店交通很方便，地鐵站步行8分鐘，房間設施挺好的，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟 舒適房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心， 服務態度好，期待下次入住

Great little hotel right next to the old city wall. The area is quiet at night and lively during the day. Breakfast had a lot of selection. English was not widely spoken, but everyone was accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

The most beautiful, charming and stylish hotel. Right next to the ancient walls. Has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the night illuminations of Xi’an. Great choice of a breakfast courses. Close to the metro.

去的那幾天西安突然升温很熱，當天外面有36度，我們房間空調不太給力，還好跟酒店溝通後管家跟我們換了能開門睡覺通風好一些的房間。酒店公區很有設計感，早晨品質也很豐富，味道也很好，所有服務都很到位，酒店外就挨着城牆，晚上外面也很熱鬧，值得入住體驗！

I have to say, we were very disappointed with our stay. We booked this hotel for our last 2 nights, looking for something special. The room was not clean (hair all over), there was no windows (even tho it says on our reservation that there would be a window), there was no explanations during check-in and even when we told the staff about our concerns, they didn't do anything. I also had a hanfu experience included in our reservation and the girl from the shop made me pay for the hair (I had specifically said that I only wanted what was included in the package). I also told the reception and without surprise, they didn't do anything and I did not get refunded. We paid a lot of money for average service and facilities. So disapointed. On a good note: the breakfast staff was nice, the hotel design looks cool and the localisation is great.

30幾度的天氣，沒有空調，這怎麼睡啊

分開兩個日子入住，每次都是同等級，由洛陽回去再入住時的房間很大，很滿意。 位置甜品都不錯，但細仔看有的裝修有點舊，但不影響入住，唯一最大缺點是冷氣很不夠，很熱，抽氣都很弱，這個我覺得有必要改善。 酒店在鐘樓城牆旁邊，下面就有很多酒吧，感覺很chill, 這個覺得很棒。
