Very difficult to find it. Hardly see any signboard directions to the hotel. Asked around several times to locate this. However, very friendly and helpful business owner.

公寓酒店挺好的，樓層都是暖氣，冬天住一點不冷，老闆人很好，服務態度不錯，價格經濟實惠，樓下就是地鐵站，對面就是省人民醫院。

On average, regarding price, I will say it's almost perfect. Owner was really nice. I enjoyed staying.

老闆態度很好，服務很到位，但是房間嗯較差，空調要自費，房間安全又在提高。

態度極差，態度極差，給零分，差差評，誰訂誰後悔。

Khách sạn vớ vẩn , xấu bẩn, liên hệ không được , tìm khó, khách sạn không trung thực , chưa đến check in mà dám bảo check in rồi, lỗi lên khó tìm , xấu và bẩn

The owner of this hotel embarrassed me with my guest after he agreed to extend my time and I have evidence for this, you need to lay sometime of punishment to him or I will sue fir damages

Its Hard to find it the first time, so I would recomend to coordinate with the hostal a meeting point. The building Alley smell like piss, but the appartmen it self is clean-ish. It has washing machine and hanger in the room, so kudos on that. The owner was too phisically friendly with my hustband, so keep that in mind. Nothing to be worried but deffenitly weird. Great location though

Although the building looks a little dilapidated from the outside, the location is great, the rooms are well equipped and clean and the owner very friendly!

Difícil localizar en un edificio de 32 plantas donde los residentes no han cuidado las zonas comunes,suciedad en los accesos. La habitación limpia sin toallas,pero muy correcta y más por el precio. El dueño muy amable,volvería porque además la zona de noche es muy viva,llena de servicios y a la salida de boca de metro.

房間很好，非常暖和，有暖氣，叔叔還給我們升級了房間，叔叔和阿姨非常友好，房間非常乾淨，也很安靜，下次還會再定

設施：房間乾淨整潔，雖然是居民樓但是晚上睡覺也安靜。 衞生：阿姨每天打掃衞生也很及時，乾淨整潔。 環境：周邊環境不錯，對面就是商場，樓下就是吃飯的地方。 服務：店家老闆服務態度很好，值得推薦。
