踏入華清御湯酒店的瞬間，彷彿穿越千年，跌入盛唐綺夢！古色古香的庭院樓閣、潺潺流水與青瓦飛檐相映成趣，處處皆是精心雕琢的景緻，每一步都像走進了詩意畫卷。房間內的佈置更是奢華與古韻並存，温泉私湯氤氲着裊裊熱氣，在月色下泡湯，全身心都被温柔治癒，徹底卸下了旅途的疲憊。 最讓我驚喜的是這裏的唐裝旅拍服務！粧造師專業的穿搭讓我們夢迴大唐。攝影師專業又耐心，巧妙地利用酒店的園林、迴廊、温泉池等場景，為我定格了無數絕美瞬間。每一張照片都氛圍感拉滿，彷彿真的回到了那個繁華的大唐盛世。 特別要誇誇我們的管家孫濤！從入住前細緻入微的行程溝通，到入住期間的貼心照料，他都做到了極致。有任何需求衹要跟他説，他都第一時間響應，服務熱情又周到，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖！ 御膳苑無論是服務還是菜品都讓人忍不住豎起大拇指。 這次入住華清御湯酒店，收穫了滿滿的驚喜與感動，無論是環境、服務還是特色體驗都無可挑剔！

前台服務周到，價格實惠的酒店。房間整潔，床鋪舒適。樓層高，視野好，房間住的比較不錯，非常棒的一次體驗，強烈推薦！

這家酒店真是太棒了！預訂後，管家主動加微信，解答問題非常耐心。還幫我們訂了長恨歌門票。入住前一天，小朋友生病發燒，我們很晚才聯繫管家退票，管家響應得很及時，幫我們妥善處理。第二天早到酒店時，前台説因為我們小朋友生病了，已經為我們加急打掃好房間了，立刻就能入住房間了。酒店專屬驚鴻旅拍服務體驗感好，我媽媽對一開始的粧造不滿意，對接小姐姐也讓我媽媽重新弄造型，再出去拍攝，出片效果也很令人滿意。

此次行程中比較期待的一個酒店，先説説優點首先地理位置：就在華清宮裡麪，酒店有個小門直接就步行到華清宮，綠化和建築都非常漂亮。周邊吃的也挺多，外賣也可以叫。房間也打掃的很乾凈，服務員都非常有禮貌且親切，服務意識很好。早餐就在華清宮庭院裏，選擇品類也挺多 味道也不錯，就是10點就結束了 稍微有點早。缺點：定的是雙層家庭房，佈局其實不那麼方便泡湯池在一樓，淋浴間在2樓其實有點不太方便，另外房間燈光較昏暗，沒有化粧鏡，還有就是長恨歌表演聲音很大，第三場一直要演到晚上12點，如果習慣早睡的可能會被吵到。

Good: The staff driving the cart and helping with our luggage very helpful and efficient. The resort being in the grounds of Huaqing Palace makes it efficient for us to explore and return to our room after the outdoor musical 长恨歌。We also enjoyed the nightly desserts placed in our room. Thank you. Not so good: 1) Given the price point we’d expect the resort to upkeep itself better. The facilities and furniture look very dated. 2) We also noted that the service crew who came in on the 2nd day to clean the hot spring tub did not remove their shoes when they stepped into our room, forcing us to have to wear our bedroom slippers even in the room. Not much of a problem for adults but we have a young boy with us and this becomes an issue. Although it must be said that the cleaning lady who came during our first day of stay was very considerate and wore a 鞋套, which we appreciated very much. 3) When we asked the front desk about the AC - the switch was very confusing and we had to endure a stuffy 1st night, she kept insisting that there was another switch beside both the wardrobes (ours is a 2BR family suite). There was none. And when we asked the cleaning staff who came later, we were told that it was probably because the front desk staff was referring to another room type… and this was when we have specifically told the front desk staff our room number. For the price point I find some aspects of service really not up to standards.
