An excellent hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful. The spa is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and has a very wide choice. The beds are super comfy!

Great for a relaxing night away. Lovely modern hotel, great rooms and service. Spa is a little basic but it was fine for what we needed for our one night away! Very close to Marlow town centre which is great to explore!

住了兩晚。建築比較老了，房間設施最多相當於國內全季的水平。衞生條件差，馬桶很臟，且洗臉枱盆堵住了不能下水，晚上9點工作人員下班了沒人來修，被迫對着浴缸洗臉刷牙…… 早餐還行，外面是一片湖，風景優美。

This is my second time living this hotel. Overall experience was great. Hotel staff very friendly and facility keep very well. Hotel has a very nice garden.

Booked this hotel to use pool to occupy our 11 year old but no one told us that after 10oclock She wasn’t allowed in

Perfectly fine, if somewhat unremarkable. Needed a local hotel to the Hand and Flowers for a dinner booking.
