The hotel rooms are scattered throughout the ancient town, so you step right out into picturesque scenery. Hotel staff assisted with luggage during both check-in and check-out. We received welcome fruits upon arrival, and purple rice porridge was delivered as a late-night snack. Although the ancient town is small, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. It has all the elements of a classical Suzhou garden, and it's quiet with few crowds, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll and a deeper appreciation."

"This truly lives up to its five-star rating! The lake view room was absolutely amazing, with Lihu Children's Park to the left and Lihu Park to the right. Even when I went downstairs for a walk after sunset, despite the heatwave, I felt completely at peace. The windows have mosquito screens, the room has an air purifier, there's mosquito repellent spray at the main entrance, and insect traps in the park area – everything is meticulously managed and serviced. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you can buy flowers, it was such a pleasant surprise!"

Overall, it offers great value for money. I hope they can add an executive lounge, similar to what you find in European and American chain hotels."

"This has to be the most ridiculous hotel I've ever stayed at. P2 P3: We checked in on the 19th and checked out on the 21st. Our butler contacted me via WeChat on the 15th. On the 18th, I booked the Sea World for the 19th and dinner that evening. The restaurant was in the adjacent Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, the staff couldn't find my reservation. After showing the screenshot in P1, we were seated. The food service was incredibly slow. After the dishes in P2 were served, we waited over an hour for half a portion of vermicelli, two small soup dumplings, and two bowls of noodles. They might as well not have bothered. P4 P5 P6: The next day, at 9:37 AM, I contacted the butler for a shuttle to the breakfast restaurant. I understand mornings are peak time, but we waited a full 39 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at our room door. We got to the breakfast restaurant at 10:18 AM, and many items were already gone. The chefs and staff started clearing up promptly at 10:30 AM. I accidentally left my umbrella at the breakfast restaurant. I contacted the butler, who replied "Okay!" but then there was no follow-up. I assumed it had been left at the front desk. Before heading out in the afternoon, I went to the front desk to retrieve it, but they had no idea and directed me to the concierge. The concierge also knew nothing and, after contacting a colleague, informed me the umbrella was still at the downstairs breakfast restaurant. Hygiene: The video in P1 shows my biggest pet peeve. The room had supposedly been cleaned, and fresh towels provided, but when I went to wash up, what on earth was this? What is this unidentified stain? And the light in the shower was broken. Truly, every single thing hit a nerve. This is my first ever negative review."

"Came to Wuxi for the cherry blossoms and after comparing several hotels, I finally chose this one, and it was indeed excellent! The location is convenient, making getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Food delivery was even brought by a robot, and it was very efficient. The overall environment is cozy and elegant, offering great value for money. I'm very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and sincerely recommend it!"

"The first room on the 8th floor had a noisy water heater right above it, constantly buzzing. We switched to a second room, but the bedroom light couldn't be turned off with the smart assistant or the switch unless we pulled out the key card. The third room we got had a window that wouldn't close properly, and the main door couldn't be double-locked. Also, the shower water wasn't consistently hot; it would suddenly get a bit cold. Breakfast selection was limited, typical of a budget hotel. Overall, a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend it."
