"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay."

"It was a great hotel. We stayed in a themed room, it is without a view. Kind of weird shaped but was good and served its purpose. The location is good and easy to get around. The air condition was not working so for hot sleepers it was a bit frustrating, other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend for the location, service and breakfast was ok."

"Front desk staff are helpful and have good attitudes. Room cleansing is mediocre. Worst part:(1) consistently smelling toilet - probably structural problem with sewage. Had asked hotel staff to fix. (2) fire escape doors are constantly open - had asked front desk staff to close for safety reason. (3) MeiTun delivery staff are allowed to deliver to room by using cards placed in front desk - no security at all."

"The hotel is very conveniently located right next to Wuxi East Railway Station and subway to the downtown area. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a lot of amenities provided. You can even see which washers and dryers are occupied on the TV screen before you go to wash clothes, which was a cool feature. The breakfast buffet has a variety of foods and drinks. Would definitely recommend!"

"Location is about 700 metres from Taihu Square metro station , rooms were clean and staffs were helpful . Even though the hotel was full during check in , our room was ready within the hour and they even allowed us to stow our luggage as we went about our business somewhere else in Wuxi."

Unattended - Non-soundproof room Someone talks and seems to shout loudly in the morning every day. - The room has a pillar in the middle, which looks strange and a little cluttered. - The room is clean. "My first night was a lake view low level in the older part of the hotel. The 2nd night I was upgraded to the newer wing on level 21. It has an amazing clean pool with a view of the lake. Its location is pivotal allowing an early morning access to next-door LiYuan without the crowds. There is an access via the waterline to the Big Scenic Wheel. The Rose's staff kept checking on me and my palate at the buffet. And it's here I've got the best shot of my trip!"
