The apartment has air conditioning. A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains. The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house.
