Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, convenient hotel Staff were cheerful and helpful Slight issue with basin tap appearing to be stuck and dispensing only lukewarm water, but not enough to raise it with the staff during the stay as shower/bath nice and hot

We came to visit Maidstone for a family party following the Xmas period. It was a great stay as the reception team were welcoming and friendly; happy to support with any requests where needed. The food in the beefeater is also good but would recommend booking a table.

Stayed at Premier Inn whilst visiting family near-by; the staff were great, room was clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was perfect, location spot-on. Overall we had a great experience, you know what you’re getting when you stay at a Premier Inn. Highly recommend!

Christmas was made for us in Wrotham. We really appreciated the time that the staff took to speak to us and made sure that we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Visiting friends and family couldn’t have been made easier when staying with these guys, definitely recommend - we always try to make sure these guys are looked after just as much as they look after us!

Stayed here with my partner this week - what an amazing stay I had. Team were super friendly & very attentive. Bathroom was lovely and clean. Can’t wait to come back on the next trip to Sevenoaks. thank you premier inn for another amazing stay :-)

Having stayed at a Premier Inn within the last 18 months (Leybourne Kent) then again at a different Kent (Maidstone/Sevenoaks....even though it's actually in Wrotham Heath) I've finally come to the the realisation that I will not be frequenting one of these establishments again. I'm not going to write an entire book covering these 2 visits but suffice to say that the hotels are tired and in needed of attention. My last stay (and it definitely will be the LAST time) but the outside of the building, specifically the signage/branding, was dirty with paint peeling off. Room essentially was ok other than the bathroom was no accessible/disabled friendly despite requests plus bed was too small (a basic double) so me and my carer were never out of 'contact' physically. Now I do love my carer a great deal but but a little space between us when sleeping would have been preferred. Anyway, I've tried Premier Inn twice now and there will not be a third time. It'll either be an Airbnb or a some other competitor. I'm not going to even bother telling you about the first time....there's no point. (not even Premier Inn acknowledged receiving my complaint last time let alone responded to it?) Do yourself a favour and give Premier Inn a wide birth....there must be loads of better options out there?
