Church Farm Guest House

Stained pillows, stained bedsheets we slept on top of them with our coats as duvets cobwebs in every corner, kettle was calling itself black we attended a wedding and our cousin booked the room for the next night and they gave them another room, never again still gives me the dry book when I close my eyes, looks amazing on the outside, looks like the Amazon jungle on the inside, a course in cleaning is definitely needed for its staff, i wont be using your poor services again, found a lovely hotel a few miles further, very clean and very green, this guest house isn't worth £83 a night, £3 a night yes, hostel prices for a hostel looking room

On a planned business trip to Telford I opted to avoid commercial hotels and I stumbled across Church Farm on the web. Booked with Chris for my 3 night stay. I stayed in the Carrington suite. A wonderful comfortable bed with duck down pillows. Beautiful gardens with benches and seating for pleasant summer evenings. The breakfast is plentiful, with the usual cereals and yoghurt. Locally sourced bacon and sausages. Eggs from their own chickens which you can see from the dining room window. Evening meal I'll recommend the Masons Arms just 2 minutes walk across the lane. It's remarkably quiet and I enjoyed 3 good sleeps. Happy to recommend this to business travellers and couples alike.

Set in a quiet shropshire village, gorgeous Georgian house. Lovely rooms with great period touches. The owner was very welcoming. Dogs amply catered for. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay for us celebrating my wife's birthday. Sandie the host was warm, friendly and made us feel immediately at ease. A lovely guest house and location with all the required facilities. Also a safe and large garden for our two dogs. We only paid an extra £5 each for our two Beagles (amazing option) which is donated to a local dogs charity! A lovely, picturesque and quiet village location. Also a healthy walk to a lovely local pub with a great quality menu and extensive range of drinks. Free parking to rear and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return. Lots to do within a reasonable drive.

Having stayed with Sandie on multiple occasions over the last six months, I can truly say she really is the kindest host you can ever wish to meet! She goes above and beyond to help. Really beautiful rooms, great food, lovely surroundings and so peaceful! I would stay at church farm again in a heartbeat!

A lovely and authentic farm house B&B… Great location.. beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing.. nothing was too much trouble for Sandie and her team. Rooms are subtly decorated.. Great garden to sit in and relax.. Plenty of parking too..
