Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

Came for a thermal journey spa day with a friend. Was brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely lovely setting. Large car park. Friendly accommodating staff and spotless modern facilities. The outside space is fabulous and well thought out with lots of areas to sit and chat with heaters and blankets for the cooler weather. Today was sunny so it made the experience even better. I cant believe I haven’t been here before. Will definitely return, have a treatment or two, and stay over next time 😍

Came today for a pre holiday Pedicure with Darcy. Absolutely wonderful and so relaxing. Feet feel a million $ for my holiday. Have booked in again for June. Highly recommended. The whole atmosphere of the Spa is very calming and the staff are very welcoming .

What an amazing place We have stayed everywhere from camping in the dessert to the savoy! I can only say that the Spa Hotel made us more comfortable than we have ever been, with amazing team members, such friendliness and spa cleaner than I’ve ever experienced.

Had our usual annual stay at the spa hotel , as a group of. 5 we look forward to this trip every year . Rooms great , food ok . Unfortunately my beautiful swimming costume totally ruined by the spa pools at the hotel . Apparently the chemicals were of the required levels , but that’s difficult to believe when you look at the state of my swimming costume 😱 Beware , of what you wear to the pools , I would wear a knackered old costume which you’re happy to throw away .

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it was always somewhere we wanted to return to. The reception staff are very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Our room was ready when we arrived and we went straight up to a lovely clean room, the room looked out onto the spa and the relaxing music was heard in our room which was nice. We got ready and went down to the spa. The last time we visited the spa was nice and quiet and we were able to use all the facilities without worry. This time around however it was so busy, we noticed they had a new hot tub/pool outside and was looking forward to trying but all the hot tubs were taken up for the whole three hours we were there. The smaller one in the corner, a group of women has settled in and did not move, they ordered drinks to the hottub and nobody else were able to use. There are signs everywhere to suggest to be mindful of the time you use each section but clearly they were ignored. It is a shame that others ruin places like this. We both have food sensitivies and allergies and the staff made sure we were well looked after. I often worry when eating away from home that the food will cause issues but the staff really made us feel safe and we could enjoy our food without worry. But our stay was overall really nice, just a shame about other people.
