I have arrived early before check in time , but the reception ladyl is nice and helpful to do advance check in for me.

Absolutely amazing staff go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable, room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nice, what an amazing location.

I booked the lovely decking area of this beautifully refurbished hotel for my 50th Birthday party. along with few lovely rooms. Mathew and his team were super accommodating and really bent over backwards to make the event exactly what I was after. We were given loads of options for the catering. Wouldn't hesitate in hosting another event here in the future. It is a great space and has a super atmosphere, especially on a sunny day. Full English breakfast next day was perfect too !!!

DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR YOUR WEDDING. We had 4 wedding planners over 6 months. Our day was beautiful but no thanks to the venue. The venue had very little staff, served warm wine with no coolers on tables and wedding meal (buffet) was served 2 hours late ! During preparation they fill you with confidence and do not deliver ! We tried to discuss the issues with the venue at a later date and they offered us £50 !

We stayed at this hotel in July for a three-night stay during a convention at MK. The location is excellent in Woughton on the Green—who would believe you're only 1.5 miles from MK Don Stadium? The surroundings are beautiful, with lush greenery, parkland, and even an avenue of Wellingtonia (Giant Redwoods). The hotel staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and flexible. We were particularly impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and the overall standard of service. A special thank you to all the staff who made our stay pleasant. While we didn't have the chance to sample dinner at the Seasons restaurant due to a tight schedule and prior evening plans with friends, the breakfast was of good quality and enjoyable. It offered a full English and a modest continental selection in buffet style. We stayed in a Junior Suite (Turpin room) in the Coach House, which is separate from the main building. This was particularly appreciated on the first night due to a wedding nearby. The wedding was respectful and not rowdy, and the staff ensured they finished at a reasonable time. The room was spacious, with two large TVs (which we didn’t use much but appreciated the option for Netflix or YouTube with our own accounts). The walls showed some wear, suggesting a possible future refurbishment, but overall, the room was in good condition. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed my 12-year-old son used was adequate for a child, though perhaps not for an adult. The shower room was a bit small but functional; it was clean, though the grout could benefit from bleaching to address some mold. Fresh, soft towels, robes, and slippers were included, adding to the comfort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The hotel offers excellent value for families, especially when compared to the more expensive, smaller, and noisier hotels in central MK, which we have stayed in extensively. This peaceful, quiet country hotel, nestled in the middle of MK’s green parkland and trees, is quite remarkable. The hospitality and respectful welcome from the staff truly stood out—thank you!

The hotel is really good - the staff excellent and friendly -but! They didn’t answer an email prior to our visit about a restaurant booking. We ended up eating in the bar because they shut their restaurant on a Sunday evening. The board outside the hotel advertises their restaurant as fine dining! When we ate there on the Monday evening it was the same menu as the bar menu! Ham egg and chips- not fine dining and the chicken terrine inedible! Such a shame!
