"We love staying at this Travelodge. Perfect for non drivers. Short walk from the train station. Central. The receptionists are THE best, always so accommodating. This time Danielle was great. Hint - go for a back bedroom, as this is much quieter. You don't get a view of the Cathedral, but you do get the view of fab original Tudor buildings. Often cooler in the summer too."

"We visited Premier inn for breakfast today & what a lovely team! The food was cooked perfectly, all of the staff were very attentive & friendly especially one of the young members Hazel, during our time there I did not see her stop working, constantly checking on tables, cleaning tables and keeping foods ect well stocked. The staff are a real credit to the company. The premises was also kept to a high cleanliness standard. This is the best Premier inns that we have visited."

"Efficient check in,friendly staff,the room was nice,clean but,roastingly hot.The complimentary water was hot enough to brew tea,no fridge in the room,this is the 21st century! AC is obviously not an option in such an old building.Breakfast was a farce,we waited 20 minutes just to give our order then another 25 minutes for it to arrive .Cold rock solid poached eggs,bacon so hard it was difficult to cut,after such a long wait it was a very poor,substandard breakfast,the milk was going off,had to take cups and napkins from other tables.Being constantly apologised to by over worked,stressed staff does not paint a picture of an efficient well run operation!!Our 4th visit to the Diglis and sadly by far the worst!! Returned for our second stay of the weekend on the Sunday,warm welcome,lovely room,went to breakfast with some trepidation,faultless,perfect poached eggs,great service but,there's always something,no hot water,a lukw warm shower to start the day was disappointing!"
