Poor service and parking paid for and not provided is disgraceful

We had a few problems with swipe cards, which didn't end up resolved, lots of apologies but no offer of compensation (to access our room we had to get the staff to swipe us up to our level then swipe into our room) otherwise it was a lovely stay, beds are super comfy

Great location for any sporting fixtures at the Gabba.

Amazing place to break in the New Year. The brand new hotel has just opened and was still at the final stages of completion so parking was a little scarce with contractors and pallets of tiles and equipment ready to install. We really enjoyed the rooftop 7 metre long heated Jacuzzi while observing the New year fireworks display over Kangaroo Point. This place is perfect if you're going to an event at the Gabba Stadium or just very handy to excellent pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The rooms are super clean and soundproof walls and door make your sleep more relaxing. Plenty of space for your luggage. The rooftop restaurant with excellent views was still under construction but will be open in April. I'm looking forward to returning to one of Brisbanes newest hotels with great staff and great rates, Well done Team Swiss-Belle Brisbane

The hotel really was beautiful but checking in was very odd, the door isn't open so we had to knock on the glass until someone saw us. Just odd. Once we were let in by another guest who was also looking for a hotel worker the place was clean. Finally the one and only worker came down and helped the other guy and got us checked in. The room was lovely, like actually really nice so I hope they hire more staff and maybe figure out a new check in process because it was very nice.

The property itself was clearly still under construction, which was a let down considering it had a “open December 2024” banner on it. The room itself was beautiful and clean and very comfortable. I couldn’t figure out the block-out blinds until early in the morning, by which point the sun was utterly blinding. Parking was a mess. The hotel is right on a main road with no slip lane to turn into the drive way, which made it very nerve wracking. I initially parked at the McDonald’s so that I could safely walk down the 100m and figure out how to park safely. The on-site parking was so small and almost impossible to manoeuvre around, besides the fact the card reader is on the wrong side (left instead of right), which makes it hard for solo travellers. Once you hand in your key card, there is no access to the carpark. I asked the receptionist how to get in without a hotel key and she just said “it will open”. Lo and behold it didn’t, so I had to trudge back into the reception area to ask her to take me to my car. A minor inconvenience but still an aspect I didn’t like. The room was beautiful however, and the bed very comfortable and fluffy. The carpet was soft and dreamy. Once renovations are complete I would definitely stay again. Very close to the city and Gabba, so I imagine it would be very convenient for that. Also surprisingly close to the German Club. Overall a 7/10 stay.
