Check in really quick. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff member we saw was very helpful and efficient. No room keys to carry! Just a code. We felt for us that was a plus. Slept well. Share bathroom and kitchen suitable. Included breakfast was great!

The staff were fantastic, first off, but my number one reason for writing this review was the bed. This hotel has the best bed I have ever slept in. After a fun day walking around the city, it was so easy to fall asleep. If comfort is a concern for you, I highly recommend Cozy M.

Easy access to all the places I needed to be close to King Cross and Opera House. Room was very clean and projector on the wall a nice touch.

I liked the breakfast, & the compactness of the Hotel venue.. room was fine. Staff not easily accessible when needed. PIN numbers for door entries, frustrating.. would prefer swipe card… over all OK… just needs abit more availability of staff.

Lovely hotel. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Easily accesible and within walking distance to what you need. Bed was extremly comfy and was the best night sleep i had in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Sono stata due notti al Cozy M Hotel, la stanza in cui abbiamo dormito era piccola ed il bagno condiviso. All’interno della nostra camera c’era un lavandino che è servito per fortuna a non utilizzare quello in comune. Stupita della colazione che offre la struttura: buone le ciambelle! Peccato il roof top è smoke-free, dunque dovrete uscire dalla struttura se volete fumare. Il personale è gentile e per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle stanze tutto bene, ma non è lo stesso per il bagno.

Everything was fine except for the fact you couldn’t just watch television you had to play it from your phone and I didn’t have the applications

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was nice and had everything we needed. The only comment is that bathroom cleanliness could be improve. Other than that everything was great
