Food is good, but facilities too old.

Perfect location close to what I needed. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend a stay!

It was an awful expirenece we were put directly in the main area by reception where there was constant noise people and staff constantly talking outside the room we didn't get any sleep what's so ever there was only one towel between to of us im very disappointed with the whole expirenence it's ashame because I don't really want to leave a bad review online if somebody could contact me back to talk about this matter I'd be very grateful

1856年初建的房子，後來又經過了幾次擴建，很古典的一家酒店。房間比較小，也沒有多餘的裝飾，周邊都是住宅，離最近的小超市走路十幾分鍾。酒吧一位小姐姐每天帶着微笑，很熱情。熱早餐不錯。

Afternoon tea - a gift from a dear friend. Service was good, however I was disappointed overall. The sandwiches presented apart from the smoked salmon filling where hard to define all looked like egg & cress & I found it difficult to taste any noticeable difference except one had ham/bacon in The cakes where delicious & a box was provided to take away what we couldn't eat. However I had a scone & a cuppa as soon as I got home which I found to be dry & in my opinion stale. Overall the Service & location good, quality of the food served was disappointing

We stopped at the Mount in Tettenhall for a weekend visit and attend a book launch at the same venue. Our room was spacious and very comfortable affording a good nights sleep. Breakfast is recommended as an add on as it is traditionally very English and plentiful. We found the staff from the front desk, the bar and the dining room to be very friendly and enjoy a good laugh. We ate at the hotel both nights and the food was sumptuous with large portions, especially the fish and chips on Sunday. The event was amazing yet poignant and as a venue for such events the Mount has to be recommended. We throughly enjoyed our stay and were quickly able to drive to Molineux and the town center We recommend this hotel and will be returning next year. Richard.

Stayed two nights as we had a wedding off-site. Hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful. Special mention to Sara on the front desk who was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is decent. Tastes nice and I am glad it was included as it seemed pricey. Croissants were delicious and they had lots of fresh fruit. I would do the bed and breakfast rate again.

We recently hosted a 20th Anniversary Ball at the Mount Hotel. This event was booked 12 months ago and we had an initial meeting with Sabrina, the Sales and Events coordinator. From the onset she has been brilliant and always available to discuss our requirements. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work ensuring our evening went according to plan. We had a number of changes during the planning stages and these were dealt with efficiently. The event itself was a huge success and this is down to hosting it at such a beautiful venue. The food served on the evening was perfect, everyone's individual dietary requirements were adhered to perfectly. It was served hot, which is difficult to achieve when there are 120 guests, but it was no problem for the staff at the Mount. On the evening we were looked after by Siri. He ensured that the evening ran smoothly. His timing for all things was perfect and we were kept informed of everything. We cannot thank him enough. We have nothing but praise to the staff at the Mount Hotel. If you are thinking of booking any sort of celebration event I would highly recommend them.
