- L’accueil physique n'est pas aussi bien que l’accueil téléphonique - le repas ; un buffet (aucun tarif d'affiché, ni de menu enfant). * quatre salades suivies d'un repas des plus simples (en conserve probablement), et pour finir une compote de fruits servie avec des minis pan cakes. Sauf qu'il n'y en avait plus assez pour nous 4. Seuls 2 ont pus en manger. * la note arrive ; 25 euros par repas et même tarif pour mon enfant de 12 ans !!!! * sachant que nous n'avons pas eu le repas complet, sous prétexte qu'il aurait fallu que nous arrivions plus tôt. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h20... * piscine très froide, soit disant chauffée * chambre très bien, rien à redire

ruhig gelegenes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber brauchbar, habe das Hallenbad jeden Nachmittag besucht, Sauna für max. 4 Personen

Organisation geht anders. Nicht so! Das haust verkauft Zimmer und wenn der Gast am Abend anreist ist die Rezeption weder besetzt noch telefonisch erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war klein aber okay. Von der Halbpension sollte man die Finger lassen. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen fast alle auf 538 Euro-Basis angestellt zu sein. Sie sind entsprechend unterschiedlich motiviert. Die Schüler, die beim Essen abräumten, haben einen guten Job gemacht. Der Koch... na eben, besser keine Halbpension buchen. Der Mann an der Bar hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, aber wenn es keine Eiswürfel gibt, ist das Angebot eingeschränkt. Sagte ich schon, dass man besser keine Halbpension bucht?

Stayed at hotel, part of Shearings Black Forest Tour. Had single room, as did my daughter, no balcony, but room good, comfy pillows and bed, housekeeping every day, shower pressure great, room opposite bell tower, no problem with bells chiming, didn't notice it. Breakfast good, continental, scrambled egg etc. Evening meal, lot to be desired, but that's Shearings and their budget for trip. Hotel staff amazing, from reception, dining room and bar staff, a big thank you for making our stay special. Only downside was Shearings passengers on last night, disgraceful behaviour. I would definitely recommend this hotel, nice bars and restaurants nearby, lovely area and close proximity to town.
