Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Receptionist was very nice. The ENTIRE place is so bad please stay away it’s not worth it it’s musty, wet the water doesn’t go down. We came in and the toilet seat was dirty dry pee, we called and had it cleaned the carpet had a weird stain didn’t look like they cleaned it at all, the other room my parents were here smelled straight up like BO and smoke. They charge $25 more if linen is found dirty but the whole room was so disgusting. We played the lottery won 30$ the first time 11$ the other and they claimed the machine was broken! We asked the guys and yelled that it didn’t work!

I am sorry but this is one of the worse hotels I have been in for a very long time. Checking in and a kid is bouncing a basketball in the lobby and throw it against the wall. Very distractive. I have never been asked by any hotel when I checked it to pay right away, always paid on check out. There were outlets that had adaptors to make for more outlets. Seemed unsafe. The rooms were not very clean and when complained took us to a room that was just as uncleaned. The outside appearance of the hotel, rundown and unkempt. Lawn not mowed and no landscaping. Unfortunately more people must agree as there really were no other people staying there. Now I know why. Will not stay here again.

There were 5 police SUVs when we arrived, people leaving, and family felt unsafe so booked at BW across the street. There is a reason rooms are cheap. They would not issue a refund. Safety is number 1.

If I could tell everyone that this hotel is the worst hotel ever! We had mold all over our ceiling, so i went down to the front to tell them and they told me we will get you a new room so we went to the new room. It wasn’t any better same thing. So I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do that and had to come talk to the manager. So we went back, they told us they never found the mold and so we went up to the room and they had cleaned it and painted over it. We showed them the pictures and they couldn’t even believe it.

First we found a plastic shot glass on floor that wasn’t cleaned up from guests before. We had a dining table with one chair that if you sat on felt like it was about to collapse. We had a desk with no chair. A phone that didn’t work. A coat rack that had prior come out of the wall so to fix they hung it horribly crooked, the bathroom door was the same and was tough to close. Three small bath towels and when I asked for more I was given two, for a room made for 6 guests. No spare TP rolls. No ice bucket. No hooks or anything to hang towels or anything on in the bathroom. No luggage racks so we had to set our bags on the floor. No daily service of at least emptying the trash can in our room. The pool area is eerily dark in the evening hours. The breakfast was minimal but decent. By far our least favorite Choice Hotel we have stayed at, which is disappointing as we have had great luck with Choice Hotels in the past. In my opinion $400 for the weekend was quite high for the off season time of year and condition of the room we stayed in.

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The Econo Lodge offers free admission to the Noah's Ark Water Park as a way to draw in customers, esp. those with kids but that doesn't make up for the moldy smell in our room. The room was average. There was a microwave and a fridge. No doubt, a plus. The hotel offers a free breakfast-a real post pandemic breakfast. The dining area was neat and clean. We enjoyed our free waterpark tickets. It was an average hotel and was priced accordingly.

I like this one better than other in dell,evern Hampton inn is not better than this hotel.always visit and take experience.Staff is friendly.looks like we have an great hotel in hand.Try to wish good luck for their business.Good quality in low price

If you enjoy roaches, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, look elsewhere. In addition, the TV in the room needed to be repaired. We skipped the breakfast provided due to the bugs. I don't know what else to say, trip advisor wants 200 words.
