Kamers erg groot en zo ook de badkamer en douche. Wat wij niet prettig vonden was dat je voor het ontbijt een voucher kreeg voor een aangelegen restaurant. Ook de vriendelijkheid van de receptionist liet te wensen over. Was duidelijk niet echt betrokken

Camere molto grandi ma sporche. Biancheria molto sporca. Alla mia segnalazione mi é stato risposto che era dovuto al fatto che la biancheria é vecchia . Camere grandi , colazione scarsa (arrivata fredda per 2 mattine) , arance per la spremuta sempre mancanti . alcune persone dello staff gentili e disponibili ,

L'hôtel se situe à une quarantaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport, idéal pour une arrivée ou le départ. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée. Le lit est confortable mais pas assez grand. La propreté, notamment de la salle de bain, laisse à désirer, la poubelle n'avait pas été vidée. A cela s'ajoute une épouvantable odeur d'égout, et une mauvaise isolation du bruit venant de la rue. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The pension house is good but there are some drawbacks that should be improved. We had an early flight and the receptionist wasn't able to organize breakfast boxes for us despite it was included in the price. Pillow cases were with black stains. I asked the receptionist to change them but housekeeping finished work. He brought us bath towels to cover pillows. Bath towels were grey and bad- smelling. The room rate is quite expensive but quality is poor.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel on our last night in Namibia and highly recommend you stay here…..amazing value for money with all you could possibly require. Location/proximity to the city, just an 8min walk. Large modern room with comfortable bed, great shower, seating area and even a microwave and mini kitchen, with a real coffee machine 😊 Bonus, there was secure parking for our car hire before it was collected. Breakfast was included….we were given a voucher for N$150pp to wander next door to Krisjan’s Bistro and choose from their extensive menu….delicious! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Paulette for our quiet room, as requested, and for her concern and empathy. Excellent wifi rounds out the perfect stay.

The website of this hotel is misleading and dishonest - there is no restaurant or bar, so you have to organise your own food and drink !! The rooms are however spacious and the small kitchenette is well equipped. Unfortunately we were kept awake until midnight by a very loud party in the building next door, but bed is comfortable and finally slept well after that !! Shower did not drain properly with a large pool of water developing, almost overflowing onto the bathroom floor - management informed so hopefully it will be fixed.

We stayed here on first arriving in Namibia and highly recommend the hotel. Well furnished, spacious and clean room, lovely and very helpful staff and in a good location in Windhoek. Great place to rest up and aclimatise. Coffee shop next door where breakfast is provided has a great selection of delicious food with fresh ingredients. Easy to park securely and staff made a reservation for a restaurant for dinner for us. Great value for money. Lunch in the coffee shop when we first arrived was also very good - coffee shop not open in the evening.

We had a great stay here. The hotel offers safe indoor parking with easy access to the rooms. The rooms are big, have great beds, and are modern design. There is a self-help bar where you can sign out any drinks or snacks and pay for at check out. Well recommended place!

We had the pleasure of staying here at the start and end of our 2 week Safari through Namibia. What a gem this place is and the manager, Paulette is simply wonderful. Nothing was to much trouble for her and what a god send she was when we got back from our travels. I had a very sore back and had headaches. I asked Paulette if she could recommend a masseuse that I could go to, she said she could organise for one to come our room, which she did. There is also a beautiful little coffee shop "Krisjans" right at the property, they have awesome food and service always with a smile.
