Dåligt. Inget hotell jag rekommenderar. Inte värt pengarna. Inget varmvatten i duschen, dålig frukost, inga möbler på uteplatsen, rummet känns som att man bor i en källare.

Wonderful stay for our first night in Namibia. Not far from the airport and town but beautiful surroundings in nature. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed a delicious three course dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect and food was very good. Staff friendly and caring. Helpful to offer us a breakfast pack because we were leaving early.

The adventure starts trying to get there. if it is your first night in Namibia, the road is a good taste of what's coming in the rest of the country. Much easier departing as the road is now connected to the highway westbound. Cabins are spartan and simple but serviceable. Food and service was outstanding and the fact that a local group had rented out the place for a birthday shows that it is well regarded locally.

Personeel niet vriendelijk. Huisje was niet fris, mijn telefoon bleef aan het nachtkastje plakken. Er was een feest van meer dan 100personen, de bediening had geen tijd voor ons. Veel herrie tijdens het eten en niet gastvrij.

A very pleasant, well priced property. At the moment, a bit difficult to find. This will change once the new highway between Windhoek and the airport is open. Friendly, well trained staff. Good food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The rooms are specious. Nice views. Pleasant swimming pool. Excellent place to stay after travelling in Namibia for a couple of weeks. We stayed for two nights before returning to Canada. Easy access to both, the airport and the city. We would choose it again.

River Crossing Lodge is a wonderful place just outside of Windhoek with very lovely staff and in a great location to relax in a great atmosphere. The rooms are very big and super nice with great private bathrooms. I can very highly recommend the lodge. It is my go to place every time I’m in Namibia.

Die Rivercrossing Lodge ist schön gelegen in den Hügeln rund um Windhoek und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Anlage ist einfach, aber ordentlich – ideal für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp zu Beginn oder am Ende einer Namibia-Reise. Die Bungalows sind recht spartanisch und schlicht eingerichtet, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Abendessen erlebten wir unterschiedlich: einmal eher durchwachsen, ein anderes Mal deutlich besser. Besonders empfehlenswert war der Gamedrive mit Kordula – landschaftlich sehr eindrucksvoll, mit abwechslungsreicher Strecke. Tiere waren zwar vorhanden, aber meist sehr scheu. Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft für eine Nacht, für längere Aufenthalte würden wir eher etwas Komfortableres empfehlen

After 4 years since I lodged there, River Crossing’s standards remain unmatched. The service is as excellent as I remembered it. The staff are so kind and patient as I have a knack for getting lost, they directed me patiently till I found my way to their new entrance. The food, I had a creamy basil pesto penne and requested for extra smoked salmon and everything was done with ease. The food came to me fresh and hot. Ugh, I was so happy with everything. And that view top of that mountain is unparalleled. I needed a break from the buzz of the city life and I got more than that. I got clarity and a renewed soul and strength. Thank you RCL. ❤️!

Nous sommes arrivés en début de nuit et nous n'avons pas expérimenté le restaurant. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et tout à fait fonctionnelles. Propreté irréprochable! Petit déjeuner au top sous forme de buffet À recommander sans hésitation
