Excellent hotel and great services

Old Style Class Built in 1966, this is old style class. The rooms are well appointed, the restaurant excellent. There’s a wonderful pool, an excellent gym for both the newbie and veteran iron pumper. There is also a spa.

Good and reasonable hotel in Windhoek Nice hotel located close to the EROS airport, and not so far from city. Friendly staff, and good service. The hotel rooms are nice with good space, but they need some upgrade.

We stayed in this hotel twice, one night before the trip across Namibia and three nights after the trip. The main reason for this selection was location and quality. It is located not in the central part of Windhoek, but next to Avis City Office (just outside hotel area), so very convenient for people who rent the car there. We have got family room – two double rooms with internal connecting doors. Clean rooms, spacious, with kettle and coffee/tea set in each room. Bathrooms with showers and what was important for us – it was the only one hotel during our trip across the south part of Africa where the shower was not only fixed above the head but also had a pipe shower. The breakfast was very good, with a number of hot dishes and eggs / omelette station. Also for the evening dinner the restaurant is a good place with open space so everybody may look how the cooks are preparing the meal.

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Essen am Abend und das Frühstück waren tip top und wir wurden überall freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Rahmen einer Rundreise in dieser Lodge. Es handelt sich um ein eher standardisiertes Business Hotel mit wenig Flair. Für eine Nacht aber in Ordnung. Der Bitte ein Taxi für uns zu besorgen ist man zwar nachgekommen, aber eher unmotiviert. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen war sehr überschaubar, daher haben wir dort nicht gegessen. Das Frühstück war gut. Zimmer war prima, hätte allerdings sauberer sein dürfen. Die Lage ist weit außerhalb
