A gem in Windhoek
A beautiful location in the centre of Windhoek. Friendly staff, comfortable living area, and great service. Two of the taps were loose in the bathroom but apart from that we wish we’d stayed for longer!

My second stay at De Vagebond. Friendly staff with Barbara personally making sure the customers are comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, including a decent work desk for business travelers like myself. The B&M is minutes walk from the UN house and supermarkets.

Nice garden, staff friendly, possibility to park easily big 4x4 ( with tent). Breakfast with enough choice. Room large, with small kitchen, clean and calm. Just a small comment regarding bathroom which need to be modernize ( equipment like tap to be replace)

A very nice and centrally located bed and breakfast hotel. The rooms are well kept and neat. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good and balanced. I especially enjoyed the strong coffee, which is better than most coffees offered at five star hotels in Windhoek. The price is good value for money, and the place is very well kept, safe and secure, with ample parking space. The plants are weather suited and are carefully selected and tended to be in harmony with the dry and stony landscape of Klein Windhoek where De Vagebond Hotel-Pension is located. I will definitely go back whenever I visit Windhoek and I would highly recommend De Vagebond to whoever prefers to stay in a beautiful, quiet, safe and secure hotel.

A pleasure to stay at De Vagebond. Rooms immaculate, staff great and breakfast was very good. Off street secure parking a bonus. Position is tops for restaurants both within walking distance and a short drive away.

Das De Vagebond ist ein kleines Bed and Breakfast in ruhiger, perfekter Lage zur Innenstadt, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Zimmer ( viele mit kleiner Küche ) sind geräumig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr suber. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Backwaren ist sehr lecker und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das De Vagebond hat eine kleine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der herrliche, stufenförmig angelegte Garten mit Palmen und vielen exotischen Pflanzen. In diese Oase der Ruhe kommen wir gerne wieder.

Convenient location and easily accessible, there are shops nearby if needed. Rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and kindly assisted with additonal queries and help. Nice breakfast provided and check out time was also reasonable

Our stay was perfect, very clean and big rooms good showers, perfect breakfast great location , free parking is avilable for campers also, nice swimming pool ,very nice people. we stayied for 3 nights end we are certain we would come back loved it .
