The space This historic apartment on the second floor overlooking Boscawen Street—has the original layout /dining area/ desk area/living room with large flat screen TV/ galley style kitchen and laundry area/full bath and three separate bedrooms each with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and the kind of ambience that makes guests feel at home. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.
