Location could not fault, service from staff very poor, initial website gave incorrect information on facilities saying rooms accessible with no stairs, on arrival room was up a flight of stairs and stairs in the room also. I would not have booked location if this was correctly stated on website. Once arriving brought to staff attention, to say not helpful would be an understatement , they didn’t even want to acknowledge there was an issue with booking. Spent the night stuck in the room so overall experience was a waste of time. Said I could go elsewhere but unwilling to refund cost already paid so choice either end up out of pocket or stay and spend the night watching the tele. Very disappointing.
