For shared use: table tennis, volleyball, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). Private: garden 20 m2 (fenced) with flowers. In the complex: restaurant, bar, breakfast room, lounge, bistro with TV, internet access, kiosk, bicycle rental. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house.
