This studio is perfect. Whether in town for business, a wedding or one of Wilmington's famous festivals, this efficiency is sure to please. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, luxury linens, office area, view of a mature back yard, and use of 2 brand new bicycles. Located on a corner, with direct access to the Mayfaire Shopping Center, City Trail, and two miles from the beach. Come relax. Daily maid/laundry service is available. This property is on a busy corner, with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. There are sidewalks and pet friendly, green spaces all around. THE BACK YARD IS NOT INCLUDED. Fur babies need to be on leashes when outside. The rental is cute and has enough room for two people to enjoy a weekend away. There are some wonderful shops nearby and it's a close drive to the beach, campus or downtown. Great location! Anne was great with communication. The photos need to be updated though. The kitchen has a hot burner, not two stove burners, just in case you're wanting to cook there. Also she's having the main house renovated and although the crew had instructions to only work during the week, they were there promptly at 7am Saturday and didn't leave until around 6pm. Their noise was definitely disruptive. I would suggest Anne's place as long as the construction crew aren't there. It's cute and in a good location.

Great communication and very accommodating, nice quiet neighborhood. This is a studio apartment above a garage with its own separate entrance and driveway in an occupied house but still felt very private. Perfect for two people without feeling cramped. The bathroom was larger than we expected in a studio. Will stay here again and definitely recommend. Easy walk to Mayfaire and could also bicycle to wrightsville beach.

Anne was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating and our stay was in a phenomenal location. Would come back!

Cozy and convenient This was the perfect place for my trip to UNCW for parents weekend. It was very clean and cozy and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Anne was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again!
