We really enjoyed our stay at Clea and Buck's Whiteface Farm B&B. They were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Buck and Clea met us at arrival, showed us around, explained use of the hot tub, the breakfast offering, explained restaurants available nearby and upcoming Lake Placid events, and made themselves available for any questions. Clea's granola with yogurt and Buck's daily special for breakfast are absolutely delicious! I'm not a big scone eater but Buck's homemade scones were fantastic! The old farmhouse, wood burning stove, and background music made for a very relaxing and comfortable place to come home to after a day of skiing. The hot tub was perfect to relax in at night. The location is perfect for skiing at Whiteface since it's only a few minutes down the road and visiting Lake Placid since it's only about 20 minutes away. It was really nice to get to know Clea and Buck during our stay. We will definitely stay again when visiting Lake Placid!

This was my first time staying here, and I would definitely stay here again! It was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious! Buck and Cleo were very friendly, as were the other guests who I met during my stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Booked a room with a private bathroom. Close to both Lake Placid and Saranac Lake.

Buck & Clea We love your B&B, it’s one of our favorite, for sure. And we loved the way you take care of us, with all the extra treats ( even today in the lunch bag) and the delicious breakfast. We give your B&B a 10 . Great location for outback activities, we went skiën and horseback riding in the snow

Clea and Buck were amazing hosts! This was such a cozy place to stay! Our breakfast was delicious and Clea provided us with plenty of options for stuff to do while we were in town! I’m grateful to have found this place and would definitely recommend it!

The owners Buck and Clea are amazing hosts. Their breakfast every morning is truly a treat!!!
Whiteface skiing is only 5 min away with a car, and Lake Placid 9 miles. The roads are always cleaned after snowfall.

The room was really cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable, the food was delicious… add a cozy home atmosphere in the living room and dining room, hot tub and the friendliest of hosts…a full package! Our kids loved it too: there was a bunk bed and plenty of games for them to play. We really enjoyed our stay!

Buck & Clea, have made this B&B als a real home for travellers. We love your B&B, it’s one of our favorite, for sure.
