Molly Stark State Park is less than 5 minutes from our home. Perfect for hiking, exploring, and camping. It is also dog friendly. Lake Raponda where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming is only 5 minutes away. It is free to residents and their guests. That means you! Dogs are not allowed. Sprague & Son Sugar house is a 10 minute drive. They offer the best maple syrup, confections, and ice cream! Hogback Mountain is less than 10 minutes. You will find the most AMAZING 100 mile view, hiking trails, distillery, brewery, general store and Southern Vermont museum. More hiking trails, and vast access right on our road less than a mile away. We have 2 sets of golf clubs and 2 road bikes for guest use on the property. Perfect for relaxing after a fun day exploring Southern Vermont! Bulls & Cows, the primary bedroom, features a beautiful king bed right off the main living area. All new mattresses, pillows and linens in all the bedrooms. Two beautifully renovated spa like bathrooms with rain shower and handheld sprayers. The downstairs bathroom has a large tub for soaking your bones after an adventure filled day. The upstairs bathroom has a spacious shower and bidet toilet. All new bath towels are provided. Adirondack chairs and fire pit for roasting marshmallows, gathering with friends and family, and stargazing are right off the back deck. Corn hole and a wheeled cooler are available for guest use. Cook up some hot dogs and burgers on the propane grill located on the back deck. Ample parking and circular driveway make getting in and out an easy task. Bear Dumpster for garbage and recycling on property. No need for a run to the dump after your stay.
