I recently had a terrible experience at the Quality Inn in Willows, California. My family and I were kicked out because our service dogs barked when people walked by. This was incredibly unfair and stressful, especially since we rely on our service dogs for essential support. We felt this is discrimination against disabled people To make matters worse, we found dead cockroaches behind the bed. When we were asked to leave and requested a refund for the four days we couldn’t use (after preparing for five days), the management refused. This ruined our first family vacation with two andults and Five kids and to top it all off, they even called the Sheriff on us. We asked for a copy of their written policies, but they stated they didn’t have any, meaning they were enforcing rules that weren’t listed anywhere. We prepayed for five days leaving us with no money to get a room somewhere else. Additionally, the included breakfast wasn’t accessible due to a power outage, and they acted like a maintenance man just needed to flip the breaker but did nothing about it. I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated and the poor conditions of the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
