The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests comfort. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
