Had too buzz the front door as it was broke and wait for staff to open up.noise from other guests in there cars and y the front of the building.

They was very good when I ask for extra milk as I found you need 2 in a cup and they left me a lot plus the room was tidy and the staff seemed very pleasant

We stayed for 2 night as we attended a party elsewhere. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Could do with a bit of TLC in places but it’s clean in all areas. Lovely girl on reception on check inn and the 2 night guys Peter & Rory working Sunday night where lovely. Fabulous stay and will definitely be back :)

It's a lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet. We have a family room. The staff are fab and very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help with any issue. It's close to the town centre with shops and restaurants a 5 min walk away. Will definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing stay at the Travelodge in Widnes! Lots of character and the staff are simply amazing! Dan and Rory were very helpful, nothing too much trouble - very kind and an asset to the company. Quiet room in the other building and no issues whatsoever. I will definitely return when I am in the area next!

My second time staying at Widnes, same great place. Was nice to see the same staff, checked in by the lovely Jan, and was given a room in the other building. What a lovely room, spotlessly clean, warm and cozy, and really quiet. Also was really nice seeing the guys on reception late at night, John and Peter. Two lovely guys. Nothing is too much trouble at Widnes. Staff made me feel welcome again like a friend. Definitely will be back again when I’m next in the area. Also big shout out to the cleaners. Seen them on my check out and they were all lovely.

I have been staying there for one or two nights most weeks for the last three months. The rooms are spacious, the bed and bathroom good. It has everything I need for short business trips, and get a warm welcome on every visit from receptionist Jane.
