Front desk staff very helpful, room was clean and tidy, bed was good and fast check in and check out.

They was very good when I ask for extra milk as I found you need 2 in a cup and they left me a lot plus the room was tidy and the staff seemed very pleasant

Stayed here for just 1 night and was greeted with a lovely lady on reception who gave lots of information about my stay and local places to go for food if we needed, rooms and bathroom wer really clean and comfortable too. Not the 1st time staying here and won’t be the last.

The staff and location are excellent. The bathroom was mouldy though and the room (ground floor) quite noisy with both outside noise and the floor in the room above. There was also a flashing smoke detector ceiling light that flashed all night.

Fairly easy to find coming off the M62. There seemed to be adäquate parking spaces available and the hotel is only a short walk from the town centre. We were en route to Liverpool where hotel prices were considerably more expensive.

Door didnt work so had to ask member pf staff for entry everytime i wanted into my room. As you can imagine this was annoying

Stayed in the travelodge with my husband. The receptionist Jan was lovely and friendly. A good knowledge of the area. Told us place's to visit. When going to Liverpool. Rooms where spotless bed very comfy. Only downfall was no air con .but there was a fan I the room .

not clean rooms-spiders inside,wont stay there again 100%,parking was 1st come 1 st serve-free,but not garantie for parking,room card was notnworking few time-need to go to reception to sort that few time,no smoking area..really will pay next time a bit more for better one! pics on website are 100% not from this hotel-be awere of that!

The hotel is outdated with only two plug sockets in the entire room, one is required for the tv. Neither plug socket is anywhere near the bed so you’re unable to charge your phone. The hotel seemed dusty, if you look at the corridor carpets much dust is gathered in multiple spots, the rooms unfortunately have the same. Hotel has lack of security with no locks on the bedroom doors and we discovered their housing homeless after conversations with staff. Vender machine in reception is expensive however supermarket ten minutes walk away. We had to ask for more towels as there was only two in the room for three people Plus a small hand towel. Shampoo didn’t work we had to ask for some which was frustrating after already asking for towels. Poor service, poor facilities and lack of amenities for the price charged, no identification was taken or asked for at check in just a name, lack of security overall which was disturbing.
