Sinclair Bay Apartments

This is our 4th stay at the lodges, completing a stay in each of them, Orca, Puffin, Stag and this stay in the Heilan Coo. Each pod is kitted out to a very high standard with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This lodge is 2 years old now and still looks like new. Andy and Penny have done a really great job in creating this wee site on the North East coast of Caithness. Weather was not the best but didn't stop us having a great stay. The hot tub and patio area are very private, no noise from the neighbouring Lodges. View out to the Sinclair Bay is capturing when in the hot tub, wildlife and boats etc. You can easily cater for yourselfs with the hob, microwave. We ate out a couple of nights up at the Village Inn in Keiss ant it was excellent

Absolutely perfect break at amazing,well equipped glamping pods. 10 minutes from the shops at Wick and not far from John o groats. Once you arrive and check facilities and view it’s so hard to leave. The hot tub with view of the bay is an amazing experience topped by a visit from the killer whales in the bay. A big thanks to Andy, who I had the pleasure to meet, his alert to the guests to ensure they didn’t miss the spectacle of the whales was indeed grateful as we may have missed this. A perfect break just to get away from it all.

These top quality pods did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night stay. This accommodation has been very carefully and thoughtfully planned out and the attention to detail shines through. Although we visited in October, with temperatures down to 8 degrees, we were warm and cosy and it was great to use the hot tub under starry skies with views of the moonlight shining on the North Sea. There is an abundance of wildlife to see from the pods and coastal walks - we could even see a castle from our window! We did a day trip to the Orkney Islands and this accommodation is on the NC500 so plenty to see and do. We also enjoyed a good meal in the local Village Inn.

We have just spent New year in pod 2, when we arrived it was decorated for new year with banners and balloons which was a nice touch! We have loved our stay the pod was very clean and the hot tub ready to go when we arrived! The owners leave there mobile number if you need an info (we asked them for the best taxi services it was millers cabs) We are sadly leaving tomorrow but would definitely return it’s an awesome wee place!

Stunning Pods!! Very cozy and clean with everything you could need for a luxurious stay. Bed comfortable and shower amazing. We had a great weekend there for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We left very relaxed.. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

È stato tutto perfetto! Dal check in con qualche intoppo (per colpa nostra) e subito risolto dal proprietario, al pod davvero fantastico. Non c'era niente che non andava! Pulizia impeccabile, vista fantastica, tranquillità, bagno con tutto l'occorrente, letto comodo...se solo facessero il servizio colazione sarebbe davvero fantastico. Ogni podio ha un vasca idromassaggio che ti fanno trovare pronta al check in....e la privacy con gli altri 3 pod è ok
