"This is a very comfortable accommodation providing excellent quality. Our 1 bedroom was very spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. With aircon in both living and bedroom the temperature was able to be maintained perfectly. The large smart TV with WIFI connection worked efficiently. Whilst the balcony views were not extraordinary, it was great to be able to sit outside on either front or back balconies to enjoy the weather and fresh air. Appreciated the lifts as many accommodations do not provide such on a one story premises. Being in the historical area of the city we appreciated the historic significance."

"We arrived a bit before 2pm. Sign said to use rear entrance. On entry the office is closed with a sign to call a number. We were then guided over the phone to our room. As it hadn't been cleaned yet, he handed us over to the cleaners who gave us another room that was cleaned and sorted the key for us. Very unprofessional, but the cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The room has one glass and one towel, so had to get an extra of each. The room was clean and functional, but very old and dated with some mould in the shower. Our room was in the mail hotel building. A newer building was at the back and these were probably nicer. It is cheap though, so I suppose you get what you pay for."

"the staff are so helpful and friendly. the room is a great size with everything you need for a meeting. the meeting room, reception and toilets are very accessible and easy to use for all including wheelchair users. the disabled toilet is much more roomy that a standard disabled toilet and would be suitable for more disabled users than standard disabled toilets."
