Great Value in a great location. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Perfect for us as were visiting family and this was central to where we needed to be. Whitstable is a very pretty seaside town. Great to have parking on site as well.

Smiley attitude, no issues a problem. Helpful to the end.Definately come again. Lindsay a diamond. Room always spot less and fresh. Really enjoying my stay and I'd recommend 100% restaurant staff lovely and friendly and food delicious!!

Friendly staff and happy to help with anything day or night was really happy with my stay and would gladly stay again and longer than two days for defo recommend to family and friends with out a doubt as had an exallent stay at the time I had stayed here

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Louis was so helpful not just with us, but with other clients. He offered to help with luggage. Brought extra towels and supplied a iron. The management and staff are always friendly and polite at this branch of premier inn. Would definitely recommend.

The room next door was terribly loud throughout the night. I reported this at reception the following morning. No apology! I had to clean the TV remote control myself before using, as it was so dirty. Taxi issues on day of departure, reception looked on and NO offer of help! Those members of staff couldn't have cared less. The member of reception that stepped up and offered excellent customer service was Shafia; helpful and friendly, so a big thank you to her.

Another stay at Premier Inn Whitstable and just as enjoyable as usual . The staff were very warm , friendly and helpful (especially Amelia on reception and Steven on breakfast/ evening meals ) . The room was spotless , it smelt lovely and fresh , the bathroom was again spotless well done to the cleaning staff . The breakfast was cooked to order , very nice quality and delicious with a good selection for the continental as well . The choices for an evening meal are not that great at the moment ( more choices needed Premier Inn please ! ) but the fish and chips is highly recommended . Another great stay at Whitstable and will definitely be back .

The afternoon staff could not help enough. Had a problem in the evening Evelyn was so helpful. She had a great nature and was so polite. Definitely the staff get 20 out of 20. The room was perfect for my disability and was clean, comfortable and reception had those extra bits , that sometimes you may forget on sale .

Fantastic stay! The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, with shafia at reception being especially lovely and friendly, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, parking is available, and the adjoining Beefeater restaurant served a delightful breakfast. Would definitely return
