Friendly helpful staff, we had a room with a seafront view, good fun people watching. Clean room, very comfy bed and all the usuals. Reception staff - Excellent 👏🏻 We used the Beefeater 3 times, 2 dinners and 1 breakfast. Food was good, actually breakfast was great. Barstaff and waiting staff were all lovely 🌟 and I'm not forgetting the housekeeping staff who work hard 👏🏻

Another great stay in Whitley Bay Premier Inn. Spotless room, super comfy bed, nice and cosy on a chilly day with a fabulous view over the promenade. We could’ve looked out the window all day at the walkers, joggers and kids playing. Adele, as ever - always on hand and sooo very helpful with our booking. She is an absolute asset to this Premier Inn and the very reason why we highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.

Lovely staff and lovely location. Friendly staff. Great room. Very pleasant, comfy bed, hairdryer provided. The only improvements I would like to have seen is a SmartTV (as it was a normal TV) and a more powerful shower. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. As a solo business traveller, I felt confident and safe in this hotel

Wow. What an amazing premier inn. Couldn’t be better situated if they tried. Right on the seafront with amazing sea views. It’s a bargain. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Next door too at the beefeater the food and lager is very well priced and very tasty too. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, perfect location right in the heart of Whitley bay, right on the promenade, we had sea view which was a massive plus. Adam at checkin was lovely and couldn’t have helped us more. I would definitely return again and recommend others too.

No issue with parking, ample car park right outside. Great reception on arrival by staff (Adam), very friendly and helpful. Very clean overall. Room was immaculate with a fabulous view. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom spotlessly clean, although it would have been nice to have tumblers in the bathroom. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Good standard of accommodation (as usual from Premier Inn). Staff were friendly and helpful. Great nights sleep in a great location. Great access to fabulous bars and restaurants. Lovely to walk along the beach or promenade. This Premier Inn is located within the famous Spanish City as mentioned in the song "Tunnel of Love".

This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location right on the seafront. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. The rooms are lovely with comfy beds. My only complaint would be that you cannot open the windows but that’s being picky. We are had an evening meal and breakfast at the beefeater attached the following morning. Food is great and lots of selection at breakfast to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel- it's in the perfect location. We paid for a room with a view and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff at check in and check out, nice breakfast in the attached Beefeater and the room was lovely and clean. Great weekend visiting family up here- we will be returning.
