We stayed in Apartment 10. This was a very comfortable unit. Incredibly comfortable beds, nice modern furnishings. Extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. A partial ocean view from the balcony. The location is fantastic. Easily walk to CBD, Marina and Beach.

Отличное расположение, рядом море, кафе, легко найти. Сами апартаменты новые, отлично оснащенные, есть барбекю на веранде, в гараже бильярд, дартс, все, что нужно, чтобы хорошо провести время семьей или компанией. Есть одно но, очень много ступеней, на второй и третий этаж, нам было комфортно, но вдруг кому-то важно, мы просто все вещи и чемоданы оставили внизу. Кухня отлично оснащена, вообще приятное место. Территория чистая, есть бассейн. Отдельное скажу про персонал - вежливый, гостеприимный, выше всяких похвал. Мы забыли в номере зарядник и детскую игрушку, так вот ребята не поленились и отправили нам их в соседний город с курьерской доставкой, за что им огромное спасибо! Точно рекомендую к проживанию.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us, and would have been great for four people also. We appreciated having a washer and dryer for laundry in the unit. Communication with the property managers was great, and they were very helpful in giving recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Parking at the apartment was easy as the unit has its own driveway, and also a garage that is accessible. There are several options for shopping and eating within walking distance. The ferry over to Cook's Beach is also just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Checking in and out was uncomplicated. Great supermarket in town . Easy walk to beach. Apartment had a great floor plan , plenty of space and great facilities within the apartment.

The hosts were so kind and the unit was fantastic! Loved that there were so many things to do/places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Restful break in Whitianga
Whitianga was for a few days respite after a long and hectic tour of NZ. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk to downtown. The house had lots of space and was well equipped.

Overpriced and underdelivered
The unit we stayed in was nice. It was very spacious and had quite a few amenities in the unit. We were able to unpack and enjoy our time here.
For the price we paid, we were not that impressed with the view or the cleanliness of the unit. The view of the ocean was a tiny window of view through someone else's backyard.
The apartment had been cleaned but there were food bits in the rug in the living area. We were also told that we could request cleaning service throughout our stay but one day they came in and emptied one trash can and another day they didn't come in at all.
For the price paid, we expected more and left unimpressed and a bit disappointed.
