"Hotel, very dirty cockroaches running around not cleaned it all holes in the walls. There’s bathroom still filthy outdated painted patch holes in the walls door frames. You can see through the doors. This is the worst knights inn in Cleveland ga and I’ve ever been in in my entire life. Bedspread, dirty coffee stains on the sheets."

"I reserved a smoking room. When we arrived, we were put in a non-smoking room. There was trash on the floor behind the bathroom door and under the edge of the bed (visible from across the room). The sink stopper could not be removed, so water stayed in the sink making it unusable. There was no water going to the toilet, so it couldn't be flushed. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. The door got stuck every time it was closed. It was impossible to open it with one hand. It didn't have any trash on the floor, but it had some kind of bugs in the bed (bed bugs, maybe?), and we woke up with bites on all exposed skin."
