Nice guest house close to Whitby centre.
Great weekend stay, lovely guest house. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Thanks to our friendly hosts Helen and Paul

Whitby.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with host Paul, giving useful anecdotes on Whitby, places to visit and things to see. Weather was a bonus.

70s throwback if that’s your thing !!
When we stayed there was building work being done.. got woke up in the morning with builders working… the view from our room was basically scaffolding… not impressed… when we arrived we were informed that we had to book a breakfast time slot … find this quite ridiculous seeing as the breakfast times are between 8:15-9:00…. 45 minute window is simply not enough… (no breakfast on 2nd day)

Stayed in bedroom 1 nice room stayed in before only thing was lights were dodgy had to tell paul owner also could do with cooking the mushrooms longer maybe 2 saus instead of the one maybe thicker saus as they are thin as come raw and more toilets rolls comfortable room nice hotel no shampoo conditioner or shower gel little bar of soap would go bck

Stayed over May Bank Holiday from the moment we turned up to the time we ended are break the owners of this lovely Bed and Breakfast really looked after us Helen and Paul lovely to meet you room was huge and very clean breakfast was delicious and service was 100% definitely be back in the near future 👌 😀

Excellent hotel with some lovely little touches. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable rooms. Breakfasts are phenomenal with high quality food served. Landlady is really friendly. Location is good. Parking might be difficult in peak season. A bit of a stone-age rule about choosing cereal or hot food - Landlord upset fellow guests with his remarks (but didn't bother me - the culprit). Its just cereal - I didn't ask for a discount for the eggs and blackpudding Mrs Lyon didn't consume. They also don't refill the coffee supplies - when they're gone they're gone. Regardless, its a great B and B.

Lovely guest house with a warm reception from Helen and Paul. Very clean. Good sized room with a comfy bed. Good english breakfast. Walking distance to the town centre/harbour. Lots of good advice from Paul, where to go and infomation about the area

A last minute booking, just staying for the weekend. We ended up booking direct with the Guest House and they were very accommodating. Lovely stay, lovely hosts, the family room was clean and comfortable, as was the whole place. No complaints from us. Would we stay here again? Of course we would. A great little find!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful Guest house . We were made to feel very welcome. Paul and Helen are brilliant hosts . Room was comfortable with everything in it we needed . Room 3 . Nothing was to much trouble . Paul gave us information of places to visit. Helen did amazing breakfast . Thankyou both so much for making our break away so enjoyable .
