Listel Whistler, a Coast Hotel arvostelua

我是1/22/2024入住貴飯店 checkin時櫃檯人員沒有主動告知停車相關資訊， 我這國外旅客理所當然的停在飯店內的室外停車場 卻因沒有注意到標誌 害我被罰了約100元加拿大幣 倘若我checkin時有主動詢問客戶是否有開車 及告知相關停車資訊 我就不會白白的被罰100元加幣 且事後到貴台反應時 櫃檯人員一副事不關己的態度 真是XXXX 2.飯店房間沒有提供礦泉水 飯店也沒有任何飲水機 約11pm到櫃檯問 櫃檯找不到人只有保全人員 他告訴我到忘記是幾樓的投幣機 結果無論是投幣或是刷卡 投幣機都無法使用 再下去1樓問 這時保全才請在房間內的櫃檯出來 這時才告知我要到已關門的健身房 有飲水機 結果不是飲水機 而是只是個剩沒多少水的水壺 隔天早上再到櫃檯詢問哪裡可以買咖啡 櫃檯才告知我對面有7-11 真是一個服務及設備都非常爛的飯店

We stayed there for 2 nights for a ski weekend. Really enjoyed our stay there: the location was very convenience with a short pleasant walk through the town to the Excalibur Gondola and the staff was very friendly. We had to pay $29 a day for parking (which was indoor) but it was worth it and saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel is located right in the old Whistler Village where you get the most shops and restaurants. Some of the reviews I read mentioned dated facilities but we found it more than adequate for our purpose and the beds were clean and comfortable. You can certainly get a hotel with better amenities in Whistler but you'll probably be paying twice the price.

The people at the counter were so kind, they had hot tub we can use on the first floor, the room was clean and spacious👍🏻
