The Lugger Inn

Awful pub that has no regard for its neighbours! Gone down hill since changing hands a couple of years back! Prices are high and the food offering is worse than ever! It is tired and the rooms are less than satisfactory! It could be a good pub as it once was, such a shame that the owners think they can take over the village!

Clean and tidy A comfortable and clean room on a size that was all we needed at the time. Would recommend to anyone

Our double room was clean but was very outdated! For the price we paid we feel it was not worth it. I think for the price there should be a breakfast but there is not. Staff was friendly on arrival. Even though it is a pub with a b&b unfortunately the noice on an evening is extreme. There was very drunk members of public hanging around by the side door which leads to most rooms. I feel this is not appropriate for a family with young children to witness. I feel this place has lost its touch. It used to be a lovely country side pub but now it feels it’s the new weatherspoons. Sadly will not stay here again.

The double room was a delightful experience. It was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind and relax, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.

Superb stay in a great room but needs fast WiFi Great stay in a fantastic room. Very comfortable and immaculately maintained The food was great in the bar next door - I loved the pie and the burgers Staff were all really great The jacuzzi type bath was a bonus For business people I would say that I wouldn’t return until the WiFi was improved (just 1 meg down and 1 meg up in the room and the main bar isn’t fast enough for business people) I really love what Luggers is, is trying to be, and the staff there Very impressed but need super fast WiFi desperately

Overnight stay Exceptionally clean bedroom. Loads of hot water in the shower, which was so clean it looked brand new. Very quiet,left the window open all night. In a small residential area.
