Chesil Vista Holiday Park

Had a lovely stay at Chesil Beach over Mother’s Day weekend. Park was very quiet which we enjoyed and accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Our caravan was in the ‘West Bay’ area at the front of the park which was handy for reception and the Breeze bar and grill. All the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Breeze bar and grill on Mother’s Day. Food quality was excellent, very fresh and plenty of it! I even got a free glass of Prosecco because it was Mother’s Day which was a nice surprise! Staff in the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming particularly Faith. It was so nice to be able to take our dogs into the undercover outside seating area too. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you

First time visitors here, and were very impressed. Caravan was very clean and modern and all the facilities we used were excellent. The Breeze bar and grill exceeded expectations and the staff were great, particularly Faith who is a great asset to the restaurant.

Last night here and sad to leave. Great location for walks to Weymouth and Portland. Staff all super friendly. The lifeguard with the curly dark hair at the pool and Freddie in the entertainment deserve a special shout out for being super friendly and helpful. Food fantastic especially the roast beef. Really quiet but staff still put full effort into the entertainment. Having been to Bowleaze a few times we were not sure if Chesil would be as good but it was. Caravan really clean and spacious

Lovely caravan really modern good Wi-Fi comfy beds excellent all-round The food and entertainment on the park were just right. we were also lucky with the weather as well……………. .. looking forward to another visit, maybe later in the summer when the weather will be nice and warm we hope

We had a wonderful time here with our two young children, booked very last minute for a short October half term break. Pros: Spotlessly clean, very nice and new caravan Facilities well looked after - swimming pool had one flume slide and one little baby slide and allowed inflatables. Clean small arcade and small soft play Nice and quiet despite being October half term The employees were all fantastic. All went over and above to engage with our kids. Really lovely team Lots of things to do nearby, lovely Weymouth beach, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove. Fantastic entertainment for children in the evenings. Cons: Pool was a bit on the cold side, especially with an 18 month old Our caravan was right by the very busy main road making it incredibly noisy until about 11pm and starting again at 6am. This made sleep difficult but unfortunately I heard the receptionist say they were full and she wasn’t overly warm when entertaining requests for changes in accommodation. I do feel that the road noise should be made clearer upon booking as ‘Roadside location’ wasn’t obvious enough for me. However if we’d booked with more notice there probably would’ve been more choice. The location was slightly out of the way, and meant driving through Weymouth to get to the places we wanted to visit. Because it was half term, the traffic was always slow. We’d probably look to stay nearer to the beach in future.

The holiday park is lovely and clean. The entertainment is great. We ate a couple of times in the Breeze cafe and bar the food was lovely cooked perfect, all the staff are wonderful. The accommodation was clean and well kept. We will definitely be going again.
