"This hotel is very central and you are quick walking in the pedestrian zone. Unfortunately our visit to Pinkstein this time was very disappointing. On the second night the beer garden was not fully occupied, but we were not observed well over 20 minutes. I think the service forces were totally overburdened with the situation this day. Then a service turned to us, we should take a place before the hotel. Well, that we did then, just we were not considered here too well over 10 minutes, but the slightly larger table with about 6 people was continuously served. !!! We don't !!! We have then risen and have sought and found another location for us. Lastly, we will not visit this hotel for a short holiday."

"The good review led us here. We were very friendly welcomed and could quickly accommodate our large and clean room. Maybe we had only a bad, but I would like to be treated as a full paying guest as a normal: - a breakfast is only available from 8 a.m. Since we had to leave before, we had to wait for breakfast - as a spare buffet was planned, you couldn't order ala carte. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. For me, one of the nights in a hotel is that you can eat a little bit and drink at least after a long journey. Otherwise I could also stay cheaper in a pension. An information would have been provided during the booking."
