It was a last minute booking for myself and a friend. We booked a standard twin/double room and had an amazing sleep. With a checkout time of 12pm wake up and breakfast wasn’t rushed, while checking out was quick and easy. Will definitely be booking again.

The service was amazing, staff are really friendly. Bedroom was amazing. Bed was super comfy. Great shower pressure. Bath was the best I've ever had. Breakfast was amazing highly recommend. The view was good. Easy to get too. Highly recommend the restaurant next door food is delicious.

The breakfast helped to make my short stay perfect! Simon (I asked for his name) clearly takes pride in his work and I would urge anyone to sample the cooked breakfast. Vegetarian options available but I had the most perfectly cooked sausage, bacon, black pudding, fried egg, hash browns, beans and grilled tomato I’ve had since the last time I was here over a year ago when it was the same! All staff are excellent and attentive and the breakfast is going to make today a good day!

This hotel is fantastic Brilliant staff so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the rooms are spotless and so comfortable . Got to be one of the best premier inn have to offer Location is so easy to find just off the M55 no problem parking as the hotel has a very large car park

Paul who works nights I wanted to say he made me feel very welcome and because my situation he looked after me. He the gem of this hotel. He looked after me brilliant. All the staff were great but he's the best. Thanks you shel. Hopefully I will b back

The room was tired, and the stairwell needs a coat of paint, and a good clean. Arrived late on Saturday night and paid a premium for a less than average room. One bath towel, between 2. Didn’t have a toothbrush and asked if the receptionist could provide one, no was the reply. Not up to Premier Inn’s usual standards. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of sockets and usb points. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom Friendly helpful reception staff Great breakfast plenty of choice, really good poached eggs made to order. Big free car park which is Great bonus, plus lovely pub next door for food which was really nice Location of the hotel is good for all attractions

I stayed last weekend at this location. Amazing breakfast, and a nice room with very comfortable beds. The service was brilliant and the staff couldn’t do anything more if they tried. I asked for extra pillows, due to the fact I sleep with way more than u should 🤣 The girl on the desk gave me more and i had a great nights sleep. Overall a great stay :)

A great place to stay, if you are wanting some quiet make sure to ask for the top floor away from the stairs. I could hear the traffic from people in the corridor. The matress was so comfy, also many extra pillows so I didn't need to go downstairs. It was lovely and clean, no weird smells. The thermostat worked so I could get some warm rest. An enjoyable night of rest bite.
