Great experience Great stay . Beds are amazing and very clean hotel

When we booked our stay it didn’t mention they were doing construction. Hallways were covered in plastic and painters tape and smelled of paint fumes. All smoke detectors were covered in painters tape. There was other peoples trash in the room under the heater and edges of the bed. our heater in the bathroom didn’t work so bathroom was freezing. We had no refrigerator. The weather was bad when we were there the parking lot was all ice and parking spots weren’t plowed.

No breakfast or coffee, and little hot water While the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, there was little pressure in the sink, and it took forever to get hot water. I was also disappointed that for $777 for 2 nights, there was no breakfast service, and no coffee in the room.

As a woman traveling alone this was not the place to stay. There was no one at the front desk at 7 PM when I arrived, the website said front desk was open until 10. The door to the lobby had no security lock and the door from the lobby to the rooms had no security lock. The TV did not work, I had to switch plugs around to get the lights on over the bed, and the standing lamp had to be unplugged to shut it off. There was an empty nip bottle beside the night table and lastly the air conditioner was on full blast, it was 18 degrees outside. I did not stay. I left and checked into another hotel down the street.

The front desk people were great very friendly the hotel is under renovation rn but very very clean quiet comfortable i will absolutely book again and am looking forward to see how the place comes out!
