I am a travel freak and I travel various places in india and outside as well. I have various experiences good or bad. But believe me or not, I have never experienced such worst management experience ever in my life. The hotel location is good , staffs are also very cordial. No issue with that. But when It comes to manager or the owner itself, I bet, you will never have such bad experience. Before booking the hotel I read trip advisor reviews and there were multiple places travellers mentioned about their worst management experiences, but ignoring all that , and thinking could be rare cases we went ahead by booking this hotel. I will give a disclaimer here, if you do not have to interact with the owner or the manager, then you won't face the worst experience as I said staffs are very gentle. But if you need some help which is beyond the authority of regular staffs then you will understand what I am talking about. We may not have experienced such worst behavior from the owner or management of a tourist place . I would suggest NO ONE TO BOOK CAR FROM THEM . If you want to visit just go and visit, do not ask for any additional help. First of all the manager is not present at the location or the owner, so the hotel is run by the staffs . So you can imagine how it is!!! After 9 pm ,you won't find anyone for anything. So go on your own risk. No senior person is there for any help that you may need . We booked car for the entire sikim trip for 5 days till dropping us at siliguri with them , a month back of our journey at that time . Mr ABHIJIT was the manager interacted with us and asked us to confirm immediately with the settled amount so he can confirm the driver and assign a almost new Innova to us . We ,without a second thought paid advance and confirmed from our end. Since then , we never heard from him on any driver details , cab detail anything even when we reached their property. We were supposed to travel next day for site seeing, and we were unaware of any detail of driver, timing anything. When we asked the staffs ,they are clueless and Mr Abhijit since morning kept saying the details will be shared soon and which did not happen till 9 pm and he was not picking the call since evening.. And as we all know , the entire staffs went off after 9. Being complete helpless, we asked the receptionist to call him and connect us, he picked up the call and started misbehaving and mentioned as if we should know the timing. Since then his behavior was just unreaosnable. . Next day we found a car (which was not a Innova) with very bad condition and we were then furious . With all these discomfort we went to to their office to talk to the owner. Now that's another story. THE OWNER did not not bother to speak to us face to face , his behaviors is sooooo BAD that he treated us like just a useless people and did not bother to look at us and talk. He is extremely arrogant as if we are at fault and he is obliging us by giving car in free of cost. We have
