ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The place is DISGUSTING!! Stains all over the carpet, stains on the walls! Couch was wrecked and filthy, the man hole was missing, there was no lid on the bun, the tap in kitchen was broken, the shower was filthy and broken. I was there 7 nights and they didn’t clean the room once and I paid to dollar! They only called me to get my ID then they wouldn’t answer the phone every day I called. I travel for work every week and this was the worst most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at!! It’s actually that bad it’s not healthy! Fix the rooms and clean them to make them liveable!!!!!! YUK!!!!

Close but so FAR Oh you were so close to getting 4 stars, but there were just too many hiccups. The apartment was very nice and extremely clean; job well done for the cleaning crew. Unfortunately, the level of accessories did not match up to the level of a 4-star accommodation. Our stay started out kinda rough when a washer/dryer was advertised and only a washer was present. We had to prove (by taking pictures) that the dryer was missing. The manager did rectify the problem the following day by dropping off a dryer, but their handyman was on holiday and couldn’t hang it in the laundry room and put it in a space with no power. It doesn’t take too much to install a hanging dryer and I moved it to the balcony so I could dry my close. Everything that the owner could have done to get the property over the bar was subpar. The dishwasher was loud and lacked dishwasher soap, the sink faucet was cheap, the toilet paper was a step up from sand paper, a bottle of water was $3. You don’t have to buy top of the line appliance, just not the cheapest. The small things that when added counted against them. Overall I give them a 3.5….but it COULD have been a 4+.

I am 8 months pregnant and booked this accommodation due to requiring an urgent medical appointment in Perth. To say this accommodation is dirty is an understatement. The images that are presented on its website are misleading and quite frankly false advertisement. The beds are NOT king size, they are two single beds pushed together. The top sheet hadn’t been washed as there was other people’s hair on it. The carpets are horrifically stained through the entire apartment. The walls are covered in hand prints, food and scuff marks. The ceiling has cobwebs. The bathroom showers are covered in mould. The bed heads have never been cleaned, dust is hanging off of them. The curtains and blinds are broken and filthy. The couches are disgusting and covered in food and hand marks. We had to put blankets down to sit on them. They are extremely uncomfortable because they are so worn also. Feels like you are sitting on the ground. They provided tea bags but not coffee cups or drinking glasses. No wifi or welcome booklet provided although it states it on the website. The toilet seats don’t even fit the toilet and are broken. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. If you don’t believe me, have a look at the photos attached to this review. I contacted the hotel once departing to ask why the hotel hadn’t been cleaned properly to which they apologised and said a manger would get back to me. No contact from the hotel manager. I find it morally wrong to continue advertising rooms on their social media and website that don’t fit the current state of the hotel. It is taking advantage of people who need somewhere to sleep. They should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot believe they charge $200 bond for such a disgracefully kept apartment. Will never stay here again.

Avoid this place! Rooms are dirty, carpets filthy, bed linen with stains, mouldy bathroom. If I could give negative stars I would. Management are appalling they do not care about their guests. Sent them messages regarding the below par standard of the room, they read the messages and did not respond. At check in they said the $200 bond that were weren’t even aware he had to pay was going to be doubled because we had 3 people checked in (even though it was a room that slept 4) we should have got a refund and left immediately but sadly we didn’t. They still have our $400 bond and refusing to return calls/messages. Check out the many poor reviews all saying the same thing. No idea how anyone could say it was a great place to stay. I can only assume they are fake reviews they put up themselves. So much more I could say but trust me just take your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself a terrible experience.
